We are delighted to announce that the third fascicle of Volume XVII of Encyclopaedia Iranica, the Yarshater Center’s flagship publication, is now published. The printed Fascicle 3 of Volume XVII contains entries from “King of the Benighted” to “Kokand Khanate.” It also includes a series on “Kingship,” the concept and institution in the Iranian world.
